A. Award of Purchase Order(s) off of Fairfax County, Virginia Contract #RQ07-876397-41A to Toter, Inc. of Statesville, North Carolina, for an amount not to exceed $1,600,000 for the purchase of various wheeled carts for semi-automated refuse and recycling collection. 
B. Approval to Modify Purchase Order #CNV28094 to Informal Learning Experiences, Inc. (ILE), of Washington, D.C., for continued consulting services in support of the newly-formed Board of Directors for the Rockville-Montgomery County Science Center, in the amount of $40,000. This contract extension is intended to serve the consulting needs of the City and Science Center Board for the remainder of FY 2008 and throughout FY 2009.
