Adoption of Resolution to approve the establishment of an irrevocable trust to fund GASB 45 Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) liability, to be known as the Retiree Benefit Trust (Trust), appointing the Retirement Board as Plan Administrators for the Trust, and providing that the Retirement Board employ an investment manager and investment consultant to the Trust and designate a Trustee or Trustees of the Trust.       THERE WILL BE A CITIZENS' FORUM AT EVERY MEETING, UNLESS OTHERWISE INDICATED. When listed, Drop-in will be held in the Council offices from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. All meetings are on Monday evenings unless otherwise indicated. Worksessions in City Hall will be televised.
