C. Award of Continuation of Architectural/Engineering Design Services - Construction Document Phase (Partial Set of 35%) - to Wheeler Goodman Masek Architects of Annapolis, Maryland, for the conversion of the Old Rockville Post Office into the new home for the Rockville Police Department.
