Vote to convene in Executive Session pursuant to Sections 10-508 (a) (7) and 10-508 (a) (8) of the State Government Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland, to consult with staff, consultants and other individuals about pending or potential litigation involving the paver litigation and Comcast’s Petition to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) requesting relief from rate regulation, and to consult with counsel to obtain legal advice regarding the aforementioned matters.
