This time is set aside to hear from any citizen who wishes to address the Mayor and Council. Citizens are asked to keep their remarks to three minutes. Priority will be given to speakers who have signed up in advance by calling the city Clerk's Office at 240-314-8280 by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting and those who are speaking on an agenda item.

A. Award Bid #11-10, Construction of Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, Various Locations.
B. Award Bid #13-10 for Construction of the Lakewood SWM Facility Retrofit.
C. Approval of Substitution Photographs in the Design of "Cornerstone," the trompe l' oeil public art mural, by William Cochran, for the concave wall at the intersection of North Washington Street and Beall Avenue.
D. Approval of de-accession of "Beacon," the ceramic tile sculpture located at the intersection of Falls Road and Wootton Parkway
E. Introduction of an Ordinance to amend Chapter 2 of the Rockville City Code entitled, "Administration," by amending Article II, "Officers and Employees," Division 2, "Mayor and Council," Section 2-21, "Compensation of Mayor and Councilmembers," so as to modify the terms of appointment for members of the Compensation Commission.
F. Introduction of an Ordinance to amend Chapter 4 of the Rockville City Code entitled, Arts and Cultural Affairs," Article II, "Cultural Arts Commission," Section 4-17, "Members," so as to modify the length of term of appointment for members of the Cultural Arts Commission
G. Introduction of an Ordinance to amend Chapter 11 of the Rockville City Code entitled, "Human Rights," Article III, "Administration and Enforcement," Division 2, "Human Rights Commission," so as to amend the length of term of appointment for the members of the Human Rights Commission.
H. Introduction of Ordinance to amend Chapter 14 of the Rockville City Code entitled, "Parks and Recreation, Article II, "Recreation and Park Advisory Board," Section 14-17, "Members," so as to modify the length of term for Recreation and Park Advisory Board members.
I. Introduction of an ordinance to amend Chapter 15 of the Rockville City Code entitled, "Personnel," by amending Article IV, "Employee Discipline, Division 3, Personnel Appeals Board," Section 15-61, "Composition," and Article VI, "Retirement Board," Section 15-83, "Members," so as to modify the length of terms of appointment for the members of the Personnel Appeals Board and the Retirement Board.
