This time is set aside to hear from any citizen who wishes to address the Mayor and Council. Citizens are asked to keep their remarks to three minutes. Priority will be given to speakers who have signed up in advance by calling the city Clerk's Office at 240-314-8280 by 4:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting and those who are speaking on an agenda item.

15. Adoption of Ordinance to amend Chapter 10.5 of the Rockville City code entitled "Forest and Tree Preservation" so as to conform various provisions to the City's new Zoning Ordinance, and to further clarify when a Forest Stand Delineation must be submitted.

Adoption of Resolution to revise and amend the Forest Conservation Manual adopted pursuant to Chapter 10.5 of the Rockville City Code entitled "Forest and Tree Preservation" so as to conform various provisions to the City's new Zoning Ordinance adopted by Ordinance No. 19-08, and to clarify when a Forest Stand Delineation must be submitted.

Adoption of Ordinance to amend Sections 8-71, 8-73, 8-76, 8-78, and 8-81 of Chapter 8 of the Rockville City Code entitled, "Elections," so as to provide that contributions greater than $10.00 may be made by electronic payment; to increase the maximum contribution per individual to a candidate or campaign committee to $1,000 and increase the maximum aggregate contribution per individual to all of the candidates/campaign committees to $2,000; to amend the filing deadlines for campaign financing reports; and to eliminate the requirement that campaign treasurers be Rockville residents.
