Proclamation declaring June 14, 3009 as Flag Day in Rockville.

Recommendation
Read proclamation and present to Geoff Collins and Andrew Bodenham of the Rockville Washington Elks Lodge #15.

Discussion
The Flag Day ceremony will take place on Sunday, June 14th in Town Square Plaza at 7:00 p.m. There will be a band and children's activities from 6 to 7 p.m.
