Review and Adoption of Amended Rules and Procedures
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Mayor and Council review the proposed amended Rules and Procedures. If the Mayor and Council determines that the amended Rules and Procedures are acceptable, staff recommends that the Mayor and Council approve the Amended Rules and Procedures.

Modifes the Rules and Procedures adopted by the Mayor and Council at its meeting of April 21, 2008.
Discussion
At its meeting of July 28, 2008, the Mayor and Council instructed staff to draft amendments to the adopted Rules and Procedures to include provisions for adding and removing items from the Mayor and Council agenda.
