Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Mayor and Council review the quarterly report cover memo and project tracking sheets, and direct staff to follow up on any questions or additional information needs.
Discussion
This quarterly report describes progress through the second quarter of fiscal year 2009 on City projects and programs related to the Mayor and Council's vision and priorities:
- Distinct Neighborhoods, One City
- A Cultural Destination
- Green City
- Quality Built Environment
- Exceptional City Services
- Economic Development and Sustainability
- Community Engagement
The cover memo provides highlights about projects in these priority areas. The project tracking sheets show more detailed information, including a list of key project milestones and project schedules. Staff from each department will be available during the meeting to answer Mayor and Council questions.
